Service Description
Reserve a closet at Encore Exchange for one full week. Set up your space Saturday morning, sell your items throughout the week, and remove any remaining items by Friday evening. Limited spots available.

Cancellation Policy
By reserving a booth with Encore Exchange, sellers agree to follow all Seller Terms & Conditions and store guidelines. Booth rentals are for one week and are confirmed once payment is received. Setup and pickup times must be followed. Unsold items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window. Items left unclaimed after two days without communication may be considered abandoned and donated. Encore Exchange is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or damaged merchandise. Sellers are responsible for pricing, maintaining, and displaying their own inventory. Items must have visible price tags and meet Encore Exchange standards. Encore Exchange retains 1/3 of item sales, and sellers receive 2/3, less applicable shared processing fees. Payouts are processed 3–5 business days after the final selling day via Venmo only. Booth rentals are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the reservation begins and are subject to availability. By completing this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted Encore Exchange Seller Terms & Conditions.
